Summary
Bühler Group in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire is looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team as Area Sales Manager for Grains and Food. This position will be responsible to strengthen the company’s business in the region, ensure the development of our customer base while strengthening Bühler’s market presence in the Central African Countries.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new sales prospects, develop strong relationship with existing customer base & win new customers.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
- Provide necessary technical advice in his area of specialization to customers in the market territory.
- Develop, including in-house and external specialists, customized.
- concepts and ensures an effective project and quotation preparation as well as conducts sales negotiations.
- Develop and expand the Buhler market presence.
- Understand customer needs - Analysis of the demand for Bühler offerings/ solutions.
- Implement strategic market initiatives, proactive selling of retrofits and further development of market segment related standard plant solutions.
- Build strong stakeholder management at all levels & implement Key Account Management.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Ensure that client data in CRM is up to date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / food Processing or Business Management.
- Higher technical education with further training in Sales is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the similar industry.
- Fluent communication skill in English and French.
