Summary

Bühler Group in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, is looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Engineer for the cocoa industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company’s business, expanding our customer base, implementing the business strategy, and ensuring that business targets are achieved.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales materials while ensuring up-to-date knowledge of Bühler’s products and services.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Plan and carry out sales activities in the assigned territory.
  • Follow up on leads and update the CRM.
  • Coordinate market activities and communicate business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, generate leads, and resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
    • Fluent communication skill in French and English language.
    • PSSR (Parts, Sales and Service Representative) experience is an advantage.
    • Deep knowledge of cocoa bean processing.
    • Excellent knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
    • Ability to develop technical solutions with and for customers.
