Summary

Bühler Group Abidjan Côte d’Ivoire is looking for an experienced Service Sales Manager to join our team. In this position, you will lead and coach a team of service sales professionals, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality after-sales services at customer sites. You will also grow our service business by strengthening customer relationships, identifying new service opportunities, and proposing value-added service solutions that consistently exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow service revenue and expand market share, and manage the service sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical, service, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively in order to build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective customers, and manage pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations for service agreements.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management and monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, customer engagement, and team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in sales management. 
  • Business Administration / Sales / Marketing. 
  • Fluent communication and writing skills in French and English language.
