Wir suchen einen motivierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der unser Team der kaufmännischen Auftragsabwicklung in Alzenau tatkräftig unterstützt. Unser Wunschkollege (m/w/d) besticht durch Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit und scheut sich nicht davor eigenständig Aufgaben zu übernehmen.

Job Responsibilities

Du unterstützt im Tagesgeschäft, u.a. bei der Erstellung von Versandpapieren, der Anlage und Betreuung von Projekten in SAP
Du betreust eigenverantwortlich Aufgabenstellungen im Rahmen der Auftragsabwicklung mit weltweitem Bezug
Du unterstützt beim Zahlungsmanagement für Leistungen externer Vertriebspartner
Du erstellst Auswertungen mit Hilfe von SAP
Du unterstützt in laufenden internen Projekten (z.B. in Bezug auf Prozessverbesserungen)

Qualifications

Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) in einem wirtschaftlichen Studiengang
Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP
Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise vervollständigt dein Profil
