Summary
Sales-driven Customer Service professional to grow Bühler’s after-sales business in Thailand for Human and Animal Nutrition. This role will drive service sales, develop customer relationships, and convert opportunities into orders, working closely with the sales and service teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets (orders, revenue, margin, pipeline).
- Identify, develop, and close Customer Service opportunities.
- Grow service business across spare parts, service agreements, retrofits, upgrades, and field services.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their operational needs.
- Translate customer challenges (e.g., downtime, efficiency, quality, cost) into solutions.
- Manage sales pipeline, quotations, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Drive recurring revenue through service contracts and long-term agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive proposals.
- Provide market insights on customer needs, competitors, and pricing.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service, aftermarket, or technical sales.
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
- Experience in machinery, spare parts, or industrial solutions preferred.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Familiarity with CRM and digital/AI sales tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of food/feed processing industries is an advantage.
