布勒莱宝光学设备（北京）有限公司，是德国布勒莱宝光学在北京设立的独资子公司，目前是布勒集团高真空镀膜设备全球两大生产制造基地之一。布勒莱宝光学的业务涉及光学以及能源镀膜两大类业务领域，为中国的精密光学、视光学、汽车、半导体、柔性电子、建筑玻璃等行业的发展做出了贡献。

Bühler Leybold Optics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bühler Leybold Optics in Beijing and is currently one of the two global manufacturing bases for high vacuum coating equipment of the Bühler Group. The business of Bühler Leybold Optics covers two major business fields: optics and large area coating, contributing to the development of the precision optics, optics, automotive, semiconductor, flexible electronics and architectural glass industries in China.

Job Responsibilities

1. 负责项目从立项到验收的全过程管理，确保项目按时交付、质量达标；
2. 负责制定项目计划，并监督执行情况，及时解决项目中出现的问题；
3. 协调内部各部门资源，确保项目进度和质量；
4. 负责监控各项目成本，定期进行成本审计；
5. 与客户沟通协调，及时反馈项目进展和问题；
6. 负责部门内部的各项管理工作；
7. 协助其他部门工作，并完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

Qualifications

1.理工科专业，本科及以上学历，硕士学历优先，有PMP证书；
2.具有5年以上外资企业成套设备类项目管理工作经验；
3.熟悉项目管理流程和项目管理工具，熟悉真空或镀膜设备相关知识优先；
4.英文可作为工作语言；
5.能适应频繁出差；
6.拥有良好的沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神；
7.有SAP使用经验优先。
