布勒莱宝光学设备（北京）有限公司，是德国布勒莱宝光学在北京设立的独资子公司，目前是布勒集团高真空镀膜设备全球两大生产制造基地之一。布勒莱宝光学的业务涉及光学以及能源镀膜两大类业务领域，为中国的精密光学、视光学、汽车、半导体、柔性电子、建筑玻璃等行业的发展做出了贡献。

Bühler Leybold Optics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bühler Leybold Optics in Beijing and is currently one of the two global manufacturing bases for high vacuum coating equipment of the Bühler Group. The business of Bühler Leybold Optics covers two major business fields: optics and large area coating, contributing to the development of the precision optics, optics, automotive, semiconductor, flexible electronics and architectural glass industries in China.

Job Responsibilities

1.根据销售计划，对项目和关键客户的跟进；

2.负责新目标市场和客户需求的挖掘和分析，建立和维护客户关系；

3.基于公司现有技术平台，拓展新的应用方向，开拓新领域客户；

4.基于市场发展趋势及客户需求，为公司研发方向提供必要参考并驱动项目进展；

5.项目跟踪，对半导体设备销售和售后服务工作进行协调，保证客户满意，项目顺利；

6. 协助项目按时回款。

Qualifications

1.理工科专业背景，大学本科及以上学历。

2.具有5年及以上半导体行业销售及相关技术经验，熟悉半导体行业市场发展现状，能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴。

3.具有丰富半导体行业人脉资源；

4.具有较强的判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力；

5.有强烈的结果导向，具备较强的项目推动能力；

6.具备优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力。
