Summary
Job Responsibilities
• Conception and implementation of training courses in German and English for customers or internal employees
• Operating all machinery in our Application Center (pilot plant for grain handling and malting)
• Design, preparation, implementation and follow-up of training courses in the field of technical and sales knowledge transfer
• Technical customer advice and support for queries regarding training courses or the design of new customer-specific training courses
• Preparation of training materials and ensuring that the materials are up to date in cooperation with other departments
• Responsible for conducting training courses in German and English for customers and employees worldwide
• Ensures that the Application Centre and the machines are operational for customer trials and training courses (in accordance with test procedures)
• Mechanical maintenance and regular replacement of wear parts and repairs
• Continuous development and improvement of the training program and our training facilities
• Identifying and correcting malfunctions in the test facility (mechanical)
• Close cooperation with Technology and R&D in the execution of customer or internal trials
Qualifications
• Completed apprenticeship alternatively Bachelor's or Master's degree in agricultural sciences, food technology, process engineering, brewing technology or similar
• Proven experience as a technical trainer / instructor
• Several years of professional experience in the practical handling and adjustment of machines and/or systems
• Professional experience in the areas of maintenance / technical sales / technical training preferably in an international environment
• Good written and spoken German and English skills required
• Customer-focused personality
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
