Summary

Buhler Group in Izmir, Türkiye, is looking for a skilled professional to join our Service Operations Team as a Service Agreements & Planning Specialist. This position will be  responsible for coordinating and managing the service agreements from quotation to execution and mobilization with renewal phase and fulfilling the agreement deliverables with a high-level  focus on quality, customer satisfaction, efficiency and cost while ensuring compliance with the company directives.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Take overall ownership of Bühler services agreements for Türkiye & Azerbaijan, to fulfill obligations towards full customer satisfaction   
  • Oversee the execution of agreements in terms of profitability and risk, and run periodical  performance reviews with customers    
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, coordinating internal resources to deliver  optimal performance during the agreement period   
  •  Identify and develop additional scope business opportunities   
  • Collaborate closely with existing operations teams of different functions in Services, Sales,  and Project Execution (e.g., Automation, Field Service, Parts Operation, and Service Workshops)
  • Provide Quotation & Order processing of transactional field service activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration, with basic knowledge in financial planning
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in order processing/handling, agreement management
  • Problem-solving skills, hands-on and pragmatic, with strong execution and delivery mindset and a proven track record 
  • Strong communication skills in English and Turkish language
  • Willingness to travel
