Summary

Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeplanung suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als Zerspanungsmechaniker Frästechnik (m/w/d) für unseren Customer Service Workshop am Standort in Braunschweig.

Job Responsibilities

  • Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen
  • Fertigen von Präzisionsbauteilen nach Zeichnung und Vorgaben, inkl. Prototypen und Kleinserien
  • Auswahl und Optimierung von Werkzeugen, Schnittwerten und Spannmitteln zur Prozessverbesserung
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen (Maß- und Sichtprüfung, Messmittel wie Kaliber, Messschieber, Höhenmessgerät)
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen sowie Mitwirkung bei Prozessverbesserungen

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der CNC-Frästechnik inkl. sicherer Programmierung und Einrichten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Toleranzen und Messmitteln
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit
  • Selbstständige, qualitätsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise; Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
