Summary

Bühler Group in Cairo, Egypt is looking for a skilled engineer to join our team as Field Service Engineer-Mechanical. This position will be responsible to provide services to the customers during installation of the machines and its entire life cycle.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform retrofit actions and machine repairs, inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and submit timesheets, service reports, delegation reports, drawings and other documents related to the assigned task.
  • Perform technical assistance, training and other after sales services of the machines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external customer technicians during startups or maintenance jobs.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers.
  • Sharing of experience and feedback to other projects and functions.
  • Report after sales opportunities at the customer site.
  • Compliance with processes, procedures, and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Higher technical education with further training in Customer Service is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar industry.
  • Fluent communication skill in English language.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
