Summary

Buhler Group in Cairo, Egypt is looking for a passionate Customer Service Sales Manager to lead the Customer Service Sales function for the assigned territory. This position is responsible for driving Customer Service business growth, developing customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong product knowledge while developing and managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service Sales team to achieve business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Area Sales and Service Managers to strengthen customer engagement and business growth in the assigned territory.
  • Plan, monitor, and coach the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Identify, handle, and resolve customer complaints/concerns.
  • Drive business development by following up on opportunities and sharing market intelligence with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate CRM management with client data and sales pipeline visibility.
  • Prepare customer proposals, quotations, and business presentations to support sales growth.
  • Achieve Customer Service sales targets while driving overall team performance within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular coaching, and support the team in closing key business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Customer Service, technical sales, or the food processing industry, including experience in leading or mentoring a sales team.
  • Fluent communication skill in English and Arabic languages.
  • Ability to conduct technical sales discussions and commercial negotiations with customers.
