Summary
Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Admin and HR Officer. This position will be responsible for providing HR and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, contracts, payroll assistance, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate training and development activities, including training needs assessment, scheduling, recordkeeping, and evaluation.
- Manage office administration, including supplies, inventories, facilities, correspondence, and document archiving.
- Organize logistics for meetings, events, training sessions, business travel, and office resources.
- Handle insurance and purchasing coordination, including follow-up, renewals, supplier liaison, and procurement support.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient operational support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, administration, or office support roles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to coordinate, multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
