Summary

Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Admin and HR Officer. This position will be responsible for providing HR and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, contracts, payroll assistance, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate training and development activities, including training needs assessment, scheduling, recordkeeping, and evaluation.
  • Manage office administration, including supplies, inventories, facilities, correspondence, and document archiving.
  • Organize logistics for meetings, events, training sessions, business travel, and office resources.
  • Handle insurance and purchasing coordination, including follow-up, renewals, supplier liaison, and procurement support.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient operational support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, administration, or office support roles.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to coordinate, multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
