Summary

Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Sales Manager Animal Nutrition. This position would be responsible for developing the business and new client relationships in the Animal Nutrition segment within North-West Africa.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote Bühler products and solutions through strong product knowledge, sales materials, and technical support.
  • Understand customer needs and develop customized solutions in collaboration with internal and external specialists.
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities, including concept development, quotation preparation, stakeholder coordination, and negotiations.
  • Expand market presence through strategic initiatives, retrofit sales, standard solution development, and key account management.
  • Ensure effective customer management by resolving client concerns and maintaining accurate CRM data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management.
  • Higher technical education with further training in Sales will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Animal Nutrition or Capital Goods industry.
  • Has an excellent knowledge of sales and relationship management.
  • Fluent communication in , English, French and Arabic.
