Summary

Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate Customer Service Quotation Engineer to join our team. This position is responsible for providing quotations and ensuring the sales and delivery of spare parts for our different food segments in the North/ West and Central Africa regions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute quotations for Grains & Food / Consumer Food business units.
  • Analyze quotation requests and track orders through processing.
  • Push and execute order releases according to internal workflow.
  • Negotiate delivery/shipping dates and payment terms with customers.
  • Ensure high-quality customer communication and coordinate with service engineers for delegation.
  • Handle local and intercompany orders/quotations while maintaining high CRM data quality.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years experience preferred in Inside Sales.
  • Experience in a spare and wear parts sales organization is an added advantage.
  • Logistics and Customs knowledge is highly appreciated.
  • Tools: Microsoft Office + internal software, SAP, Intranet (CRM, Web)
