Summary

Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco , is looking for a skilled individual to join our team as Customer Service Sales Engineer for tunisian market. This position will be responsible to strengthen the company’s business in the assigned territory, and to develop of our customer base, implement the business strategy and ensure the business targets are achieved. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong product knowledge and sales materials to support customer engagements.
  • Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
  • Plan and execute territory activities (action plans, schedules, prospecting) to grow business and pipeline.
  • Coordinate market/sales efforts with the Area Sales/Service Manager to align activities and coverage.
  • Prepare customer deliverables including presentations, proposals, and quotations; generate leads for equipment/plant business.
  • Manage customer issues and reporting: resolve complaints, update CRM, communicate market opportunities, and deliver sales targets.

Qualifications

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the similar industry.
  • Fluent communication skill in English, French and Arabic language.
  • PSSR (Parts, Sales and Service Representative) experience is an advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of Grains and Food processing.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to develop technical/technological solutions with and for the customers.
