Summary

Bühler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. This position is responsible for providing remote and on-site support for Bühler equipment, production lines, and automation systems, ensuring inspections, maintenance, quality service, customer satisfaction, and accurate documentation. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform technical field service activities, including machine inspections, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, installations, and machine control support.
  • Support customers remotely and on-site by consulting, troubleshooting, recommending products and services, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in modernization and upgrade projects for machines, cells, production lines, and plants.
  • Prepare detailed reports for customers and internal teams to support follow-up actions, service opportunities, parts, upgrades, and modifications.
  • Promote Bühler’s safety culture by conducting risk assessments, safety checks, and following all safety rules.
  • Support team development and service sales by providing technical input, coordinating complex maintenance work, supervising engineers, and training new field service engineers as experience grows.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or certificate in electrical, mechanical, or process automation.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a service Engineer.
  • Fluent communication skill in English, French and Arabic language.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and diagrams.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer focus.
  • Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.
  •  Industry equipment knowledge, and MS Office/SAP skills are preferred.
