Summary

Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate Installation Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for ensures a proper installation or advisory service for the associated project. Ensuring compliance with Bühler related directives and EHS standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performs or advises the installation according to the specifications and engineering documents, taking into account the safety instructions, environmental protection measures and local regulations.
  • All available tools and aids are utilized in order to achieve the goals of the assignment and as well to strive for continuous plant improvements and cost reduction.
  • Timely call-up of Bühler specialist and further associated staff.
  • Ensure that the engineering department is involved in handling technical problems and decisions.
  • Provide technical experience feedback to Project Management and Project Execution departments during debriefing meeting.
  • Ensure correct behaviour and good teamwork within the installation and commissioning team in accordance with company policy and local requirements/ regulations.
  • Tracks any deviation in the scope of work in the Bühler CAQ system.

 

Qualifications

  • 4 year Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.).
  • More than 3 years in a similar job.
  • Fluent communication in French and English.
