Summary

Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Sales Administrator. This position will be responsible for supporting business growth by identifying opportunities, managing CRM data, and assisting the sales team with coordination and market analysis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, and analysis of customer and market data to support business growth strategies.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, networking, meetings, and regular coordination with the sales team to move opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs, offering suitable solutions, and supporting ongoing sales follow-up to improve conversion and retention.
  • Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipeline by ensuring accurate data entry, extracting reports, analyzing sales data, and monitoring progress against targets.
  • Manage CRM system by maintaining and updating customer databases and records, Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, Build and manage reports on KPIs and campaign results, Improve CRM processes and data quality, Analyze customer behavior and business performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of  experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with Data segmentation and reporting tools,  and understanding of customer life cycle management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and ability to train and support CRM users.
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and ability to identify opportunities and build relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
