Summary

Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate Customer Service Quotation Engineer to join our team. This position is responsible for providing quotations and insuring the sales and delivery of spare parts for our different food segments in the North/ West and Central Africa regions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute quotations for Grains & Food /Consumer Food Business Units.
  • Analyze quotation enquiries and track the order processing.
  • Push and execute order release.
  • Negotiate shipping dates and payment terms.
  • Ensure high quality communication with customers.
  • Handle local orders and intercompany quotations.
  • Coordinate with service engineers in the delegation process.
  • Ensure CRM data quality.

Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience preferred in Inside Sales.
  • Experience in a spare and wear parts sales organization is an added advantage.
  • Logistics and Customs knowledge is highly appreciated.
  • Tools: Microsoft Office + internal software, SAP, Intranet (CRM, Web).
