Summary
Buhler Group in Dubai, UAE is looking for a skilled professional to join our team as Head of Marketing & Communications for Middle East, Africa and India (MAI) region. This position will be responsible to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy cross the region while ensuring its alignment with the company’s business objectives.
As Head of Regional Marketing & Communications for the region, you own the complete marketing agenda for MAI - analyzing markets, developing positioning, building demand generation programs, and executing integrated campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels. You balance corporate alignment with local market needs, ensuring both strategic coherence and practical impact.
Job Responsibilities
- Devise and drive comprehensive marketing strategies that contribute to achieve the company’s business objectives within the region.
- Develop regional marketing strategies and oversee their end-to-end execution to achieve business objectives within the region.
- Manage the full spectrum of marketing activities including market analysis, positioning, demand generation, channel programs, events, digital marketing, and performance optimization.
- Support relevant teams across the different business units in conducting market research and competitive analysis, leveraging insights to inform and guide strategic directional choices.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the regional marketing team, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Employ a data-driven approach to strategy creation, harnessing customer insights and analytics to refine marketing tactics.
- Plan and administer the marketing budget, ensuring optimum allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Partner with Corporate Communications on regional media relations and stakeholder engagement, ensuring local communications align with corporate messaging frameworks and strategic priorities, and serving as the bridge between corporate brand strategy and regional market execution, ensuring global consistency while delivering local relevance.
- Lead the company’s regional application of brand messaging, ensuring communications reflect our regional strategic priorities and market development needs while remaining fully aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Assess marketing campaign ROI, utilizing performance metrics to recalibrate tactics for enhanced results (e.g. leads, opportunities, engagement, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial/senior role.
- Demonstrated expertise across the marketing spectrum - from strategic market analysis and positioning to tactical campaign execution, with proven ability to integrate multiple channels and touchpoints into cohesive programs.
- Fluent communication skill in English.
- Knowledge in Arabic or French languages would be an added benefit.
