Summary

Bühler Group in Lagos, Nigeria is looking for a passionate indidvidual to join our team as Service & Sales Support Trainee. Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team by compiling comprehensive market overviews.
  • Analyze and develop the marketing landscape across various Bühler business units to enhance value-based selling.
  • Conduct online research to identify and profile potential customer prospects.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed marketing reports for the sales team.
  • Support the creation and implementation of link-building, content marketing, public relations, and social media strategies for the sales team.
  • Identify, evaluate, and present innovative marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Organize and drive Bühler’s participation in trade shows and industry events.
  • Develop engaging online content, including forums, videos, graphics, and blogs.
  • Manage and execute targeted email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Source, interview, and collaborate with freelance graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to develop unique and compelling content.
  • Initiate activities designed to increase engagement with Bühler Nigeria’s online presence.
  • Qualify and feed new leads into the sales funnel.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of CRM data and records.

Qualifications

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in the equipment/engineering industry, preferably in Marketing, Market Intelligence, or Sales Support.
  • Prior work experience in respective field (Internship, Full-Time) is an advantage.
  • Fluent communication in English language.
