Summary

Buhler Group in Lahore, Pakistan is looking for a passionate individual to join our Project Execution Team as Electrical Installation Engineer. This position will be responsible to lead and oversee the installation and maintenance of projects while ensuring the safety standards are maintained

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of electrical installations.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Develop and design electrical installation plans and electric schemas.
  • Address any issues or deviations from project requirements and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Participate in start-up and commissioning of the project.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and other control systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of safety.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of electrical installation activities.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain effective communication with management regarding project status, challenges, and resource needed.
  • Provide on-site technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior staff, fostering skill development and team capability.
  • Generate regular progress reports and documentation for project documentation and reporting purposes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar industry.
  • Knowledge in MS projects, AutoCAD, and 3D Plant Layout Software
  • Fluent communication skill in English.
