Job Responsibilities
- Standardized business process development and implementation in our operational units (globally).
- Ensure quality in business process through continuous development and improvement in line with our strategic business targets and through assigned projects.
- End-to-End process development and lifecycle management, from requirement engineering, solution conception, development coordination, testing, documentation and training.
- Lead of project and sub project teams and global process community.
- Acting as the link between the operational business and IT.
- Application Management for SAP S/4 & SAP FSM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in economics, computer science, business administration, engineering or similar
- 5 years working experience therefore > 3 years in business process development and/or application management incl. project responsibility or similar
- Very good understanding of business processes within a company’s Customer Service
- Very good understanding / high affinity for IT solutions incl. advanced experience in ERP solutions (SAP)
- Certified SAFe Product Owner or similar Agile qualification
