Bühler (Changzhou) was established in 2006 as the fourth subsidiary of the Bühler Group in China. It is the dedicated window for the Bühler Group to contact customers in the Chinese feed industry and is one of the three flagship production sites of Bühler worldwide.
The company continues to focus on animal feed, aquafeed, pet food processing equipment and complete engineering, grain conveying equipment, etc. BCHA has an independent R&D center and an innovation application center dedicated to innovation and R&D focusing on animal health, sustainable development, and digital technology.
Job Responsibilities
- Focus on Pet business in Food industries in China.
- Regularly visit customers.
- Direct contact customers and fulfil request accordingly.
- Develop leads and opportunities for the market.
- Drive the business growing, and responsible for the budget achievement in Pet business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business with Food, Feed/Grain, Mechanical, thermal engineering.
- Preferred more than 5 years, and at least 3 years of experience Direct B2B sales.
- Good command of English language both in verbal and written.
- Business administration & Planning skills & Presentation skill & Negotiation skill & Communication skill.
- Mechanical engineering knowledge.
- Strong commercial acumen, customer orientation, visioning capabilities.
- Open minded, flexible; endurance, has experience with international companies.
