Ensure stable wet painting quality by controlling critical process steps, identifying risks and deviations early, and driving continuous improvement to prevent repeat defects, improve first-pass yield, and enhance overall efficiency of the painting process.

Qualifications

Technical school or vocational education in painting, coating, mechanical or manufacturing field, or equivalent experience.
中专、大专或技校（喷涂、涂装、机械或制造相关专业）或具备等同经验

Minimum 3 years of experience in wet painting process or coating inspection, preferably hands-on experience.
3年以上湿喷涂工艺或喷涂质量检验经验，具备实际操作经验者优先

Experience with oil-based and water-based painting systems preferred.
熟悉油性及水性喷涂体系者优先。
