Job Responsibilities

In-process quality control / 过程质量控制

• Ensure wet painting processes comply with standards, work instructions, drawings/TA, and defined checkpoints.
  确保湿喷涂过程符合标准、作业指导书、图纸/TA及关键控制点要求。
• Monitor critical parameters such as surface pretreatment, masking, paint mixing ratio, viscosity, filtration, pot life, spray parameters, booth cleanliness, environmental conditions, and curing process.
  监控关键参数，如前处理、遮蔽、油漆配比、粘度、过滤、适用时间、喷涂参数、喷房清洁度、环境条件及固化过程。
• Detect abnormalities early and take containment actions (stop/hold/segregation) to prevent defects from flowing to the next process.
  及时发现异常并采取控制措施（停线/隔离/拦截），防止不良流出至下道工序。

Final inspection / 成品终检

• Inspect coating quality including appearance, color, gloss, thickness, adhesion, curing condition, and surface defects (runs, orange peel, pinholes, contamination, scratches).
  对喷涂质量进行检验，包括外观、颜色、光泽度、厚度、附着力、固化状态以及表面缺陷（流挂、橘皮、针孔、杂质、划伤等）。
• Ensure products meet drawing, TA/BID requirements and visual quality standards.
  确保产品符合图纸、TA/BID要求及外观质量标准。

NCR & deviation handling / 不合格及偏差处理

• Record defects clearly with evidence (photos, measurements). 
  清晰记录不良并提供证据（照片、测量数据）。
• Initiate and track NCRs, support rework verification and reinspection, and ensure full closure of issues.
  按流程创建并跟踪NCR，验证返工及复检结果，确保问题闭环。
• Process risk awareness
  工艺风险识别
• Understand wet painting process risks, including oil-based and water-based systems.
  熟悉湿喷涂工艺风险，包括油性及水性涂料体系。
• Identify risks such as contamination, paint incompatibility, improper curing, and environmental influence.
  能识别污染、配方不匹配、固化异常及环境影响等风险。
• Support definition and implementation of preventive actions.
  支持制定并执行预防措施。

Continuous improvement / 持续改进

• Actively propose and drive improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  主动提出并推动质量和效率改进。
• Improve inspection methods, visual standards, process discipline, and defect prevention.
  优化检验方法、外观标准、工艺执行及缺陷预防。
• Analyze recurring defects and support root cause analysis and corrective actions (e.g., 8D).
  分析重复性问题并支持根因分析及改善措施（如8D）。

Data & reporting / 数据与报告

• Record inspection data accurately and maintain traceability.
  准确记录检验数据并确保可追溯性。
• Monitor defect trends and prepare regular quality reports.
  监控不良趋势并定期输出质量报告。

Cooperation & communication / 协作与沟通

• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and QA teams.
  与生产、工艺及质量团队紧密合作。
• Support operator training and quality awareness improvement.
  支持员工培训并提升质量意识。

Qualifications

• Technical school or vocational education in painting, coating, mechanical or manufacturing field, or equivalent experience.
  中专、大专或技校（喷涂、涂装、机械或制造相关专业）或具备等同经验
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wet painting process or coating inspection, preferably hands-on experience.
  3年以上湿喷涂工艺或喷涂质量检验经验，具备实际操作经验者优先
• Experience with oil-based and water-based painting systems preferred.
  熟悉油性及水性喷涂体系者优先。
• Strong understanding of wet painting processes and typical coating defects.
  熟悉湿喷涂工艺及常见缺陷。
• Skilled in using inspection tools such as thickness gauge, gloss meter, colorimeter, and cross-hatch tester.
  熟练使用测厚仪、光泽度仪、色差仪、百格刀等检测工具。
• Able to read drawings and technical requirements (TA/BID).
  能读懂图纸及技术要求（TA/BID）。
• Basic MS Office skills and ability to document quality data.
  熟练使用办公软件并进行质量数据记录。
• Structured thinking and clear problem identification.
