Job Responsibilities
CS Part Selling
- Define and implement the strategic and operational plan
- Analysis of the inactive/lost customers for CS products and define proper action plan to gain back the business
- Analysis of the demand for CS products – understand customer pain points and build spare part package according to their needs
- Develop the activity of Customer Service in coordination with Area Sales Managers, Area Service Managers, Head of Sales and the SAS Manager
- Build an action plan to increase the users for myBuhler and encourage customers to transact via myBuhler
- Develop new business, collect and evaluate about competitors, customer and market trend
- Review operational records and reports to Head of Sales & SAS manager
- Attend trade shows or seminars to promote products
Service Agreement
- Listen and proactively re-solve customer complaints regarding spare parts and services
- Obtain and check all relevant information of complaints and to determine possible problem causes
- Understand customers’ complaints, root cause of the problems and paint points from the customers and tailor Service Agreement to their needs
- Actively coordinate with CSOP Managers for the dispatch of FSE to perform problem solving or service sales
Channel Management
- Build – up, develop and manage parts channels for business
- Follow to execute the process of parts channel management with regional team
CS Team Leading
- Build the budget and goals for team and individual people
- Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties
- Responsible for the budget of sales and keep costs of the CS department within benchmarks.
- Monitor and assess employees performance
- Join the recruitment process, follow any promotions and prepare training plan for the development of the people
- Ensure security and optimal working conditions for the employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering / businees or equivalent
- 5 years experience in Technical Sales and in Customer Service
- 3 years experience in Management
