Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities for Bühler solutions
- Maintain and expand customer base
- Plan and execute sales visits to customers and prospects
- Listen to customers, actively monitor assigned markets, report and provide feedback about market intelligence
- Actively promote the Bühler portfolio of products and services
- Plan, prepare and execute sales negotiations
- Collect and maintain accurate information about accounts, contacts, sales leads and opportunities
- Act more independently in the daily sales activities
- Design basic sales strategies for the development of the assigned areas and markets
- Set priorities to fully explore Bühler’s competitive advantages
- Establish a broad network within markets
- Develop an understanding of customer decision process and criteria
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering / businees or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales and customer service, including experience in rice solutions, rice milling technologies, and food processing solutions.
