Summary

Deliver comprehensive plant design engineering services, ensuring all project components are supplied within the established timeline and adhere to the required quality standards. This includes strict adherence to Bühler's internal directives as well as Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execution of plant and/or machine engineering work within the scope of projects
  • Actively participate in Project Reviews or Project Meetings if required Support Project Manager to ensure a proper project execution according the Bühler Project Management process.
  • Draw efficient, organized, and practical layouts for manufacturing plants, and production lines. The main objective is to design a plant layout that optimizes the flow of materials, ensures safety standards, and maximizes the use of space.
  • Resolve questions or problems that occur during the design and manufacturing as well as during installation and commissioning with support of a Project Manager
  • Track schedules to ensure his parts of the projects are executed completely and on time. Prioritise and manage work hours to support budgeted hours and scheduled due dates for projects

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering degree
  • Basic know-how in CAD tool
  • Understanding of manufacturing principles
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
