Summary

Offer in-depth technical guidance and direction within the area of expertise. Serve as the primary contact for situations demanding advanced technical knowledge. Act as a representative for the company with external stakeholders, embodying the firm's commitment to technical excellence and professional integrity. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up and grow a team while establishing foundational processes 
  • Serve as a technical authority in reviews, with decision-making power on solutions and designs.
  • Collaborate actively in cross-functional project meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Lead innovation and ensure reliable design delivery from development to customer satisfaction.
  • Train, coach, and share expertise across teams; maintain documentation and expert networks.
  • Build internal and external professional relationships, including academic and scientific partnerships.
  • Promote knowledge sharing through presentations, publications, and continuous learning in your field.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry, including experience in his field of specialization 
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix organization 
  • Advanced know-how in 3D CAD tool
  • Proficiency in English language
