Summary

Deliver required quotation services within the given time and required quality, while ensuring compliance with Bühler related directives and EHS standards.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Technical and commercial responsibility for quotations 
  • Elaborate technical and commercial analysis of customer requirements in alignment with the sales manager  
  • Manage the allocated scope of work to achieve the quotation goals and objectives 
  • Development of the technical concept in collaboration with sales, technology, engineering and commercial services  
  • Preparation of layouts, project schedules and DOW (Division of Work) document 
  • Support on handling new business segments 
  • Worldwide professional support to responsible persons of quotation in our sub companies  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in quotation engineering, project engineering, or a related technical-commercial role
  • Proven commercial knowledge relevant to quotation and project costing
  • Strong background in technical concept development, layout preparation, and stakeholder communication
  • Strong planning, organizaing and priority setting skills of tasks in a project-driven environment
  • Advanced knowedge in CAD (AutoCAD 3D)
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in the English language
