Job Responsibilities

Oversees onboarding for new hires, ensuring understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.

Maintains accurate employee records and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Provides HR guidance to managers and employees, handling employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

Partners with leadership on recruitment, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with 4+ years of broad HR experience or equivalent background.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/workforce management systems.

Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
