Summary

Lead global machine installations – and help us shape production worldwide.

We are looking for a Chief Installation Supervisor to join and expand our business unit based in Prague, Czech Republic. Although long-term you can be based anywhere in the Czech Republic, full-time presence in Prague is required during the first year for onboarding and team coordination. This position requires extensive international (worldwide) travel, which can make up to 90% of total working time, with installation assignments typically lasting 3 to 8 weeks per project.

Job Responsibilities

QUALITY - Ensuring flawless installation of our machines, accessories and complex plant solutions for our clients
EFFICENCY - Aiming for efficient plant improvement and cost reduction
SAFETY - Always securing safety for our and our client's employees
TEAMWORK - Promoting good teamwork and adherence to company policies. Leading our employees to deliver their best work.
COMMUNICATION - Acting as the main contact for our clients and contractors on site

Qualifications

Technical education (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
Experience with site team management
Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to work internationally; willingness to travel abroad
Driver's license
Fluent English (B2+), knowledge of Czech and German is a plus
