We’re looking for a Project Manager who likes having things under control - but also enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping projects moving forward even when things don’t go exactly as planned.

In this role, you’ll take care of international engineering projects from kickoff to handover, working closely with internal teams, partners, and customers. You’ll have real responsibility, room to make decisions, and the support to do your job properly.

Job Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and lead project teams, subcontractors and external partners
• Set up clear plans for time, budget, scope and execution
• Keep a close eye on costs, timelines and resources
• Spot risks early and manage changes before they cause trouble
• Be the main point of contact for customers and key stakeholders
• Make sure contractual, quality, safety and environmental requirements are met
• Prepare clear project updates and reviews
• Capture lessons learned and help improve how projects are delivered
• Support and guide team members in an international working environment
• You won’t be doing everything yourself – but you’ll make sure everything fits together.

Qualifications

• A technical background in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering gained through a university degree or relevant hands-on job experience is required
• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• A structured, proactive way of working
• Confidence in handling budget, priorities and deadlines
• A solid understanding of commercial topics (costs, margin, changes)
• The ability to communicate clearly with customers and teams
• Comfort working independently and making decisions
• Fluent English (other languages are a bonus)
• Experience from the food industry is a strong advantage
• Project management certification is a nice plus, not a must
• Most importantly: you enjoy ownership and responsibility without unnecessary drama.
