Summary

Buhler group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Admin officer. This role would be responsible for the efficient day-to-day administration of the Riyadh office and for providing hands-on support in administrative activities. The role combines office management, travel and vendor coordination, and HR support in line with Bühler policies and local regulations

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with colleagues, if required to ensure proper communication and understanding
  • Handling office tasks, such filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings.
  • Manage travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Coordination with Medical & Vehicle & Property Insurance companies
  • Provision of Invitation letters; Business / commercial based on the requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Country Manager and local management (scheduling, document preparation, presentations, correspondence).
  • Draft and format letters, memos, and reports in English and Arabic (as required).
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers; arrange meeting rooms or online interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process (joining formalities, induction schedules, preparation of new joiner packs, office access, basic IT requests).
  • Support office activities related to government portals and regulatory compliance (e.g., Iqama renewals, visa processes, GOSI, Muqeem, etc).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration.
  • Good communication in English & Arabic languages both spoken and written.
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
