Summary

Bühler Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a CS Sales professional to develop new client relationships and business for the sale of spare parts, retrofits, and single machine products. This role is responsible for developing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, understanding customer needs, preparing commercial proposals and quotations, and supporting growth across the assigned territory. The position works closely with the Sales and Service Team, aligns market activities with the Area Sales/Service Manager, and contributes to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to increase business activities in the assigned territory.
• Identify sales prospects, contact new and existing accounts, and follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Align and complement market activities with the existing Area Sales/Service Manager in the assigned territory.
• Identify and understand customer needs and provide optimum customer service and support.
• Identify, handle, and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities and special developments gathered through field activity to the Supervisor.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations, and generate sales leads for equipment and plant business.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars.
• Ensure client data in CRM is up to date.
• Implement company sales targets in the assigned market territory and contribute to budget achievement for Orders Released, Turnover, and DB1 for plant & equipment and CS business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Grains and Food Processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Grains and Food Processing, with outstanding sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to conduct sales conversations and contract negotiations, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop technical/technological solutions with and for customers; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and in a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. PSSR experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work independently, manage time and priorities effectively, and handle confidential and sensitive information.
