Summary
Job Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Review, update and develop policies around total rewards system for the region
- Manage and maintain Job Architecture in the region
- Participate in benefits and salary surveys/market research to ensure the company’s pay structure and benefits schemes are internally aligned, market competitive and comply with local labor legislation
- Advise and prepare salary proposals against internal equity, external benchmark and affordability
- Lead annual salary review and bonus pay-out calculation for the region
- Implement Group-wide and region-wide Total Rewards-related initiatives
Global Mobility Management
- Ensure global mobility management within the region is according to policies
- Review, develop and consolidate standard benefits guidelines in each SAS for short term and long-term assignments
Performance Management
- Ensure all SAS adheres to the EPM process and timeline
HRIS & Others
- Act as Regional super-user for SuccessFactors system
- Lead and roll out HRIS initiatives and projects for the region
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration with C&B certification.
- At least 8 years in regional C&B, HR Generalist and HRBP experience is a plus.
- Experience working in multinational companies.
- Experience with Mercer job evaluation and IPE system as well as benefits and salary surveys.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors is a plus)
- Confident in managing multiple stakeholders with ability to influence without authority and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
- Experience in rolling out and change management of Total Rewards initiatives at a regional level.
