The Consumer Foods Academy empowers Bühler employees and customers with the knowledge and skills needed to operate, maintain, and optimize our Bühler Biscuit machines and production lines. In this role, you will design, coordinate, and deliver engaging digital, classroom and hands-on training programs for internal and external target groups. Working closely with subject-matter experts, technologists, and experienced technicians, you will transform complex technical knowledge into practical, tailored learning solutions. In doing so, you will support professional development, operational excellence, and long-term customer success across Bühler Consumer Foods.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and deliver technical training courses for Bühler customers and employees worldwide, in line with CF Academy guidelines and Bühler standards.
- Develop modern, interactive training modules for internal and external target groups, including technicians, engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel.
- Tailor training content and methods to defined learning objectives, combining theoretical and practical knowledge for biscuit production lines.
- Create and maintain training materials, such as presentations, video tutorials, and interactive learning modules.
- Review and update training concepts in close collaboration with the CF Academy lead, and support related communication and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Technical education or training, such as an apprenticeship, technical college qualification, university degree, or relevant experience in a technical environment.
- Strong ability to structure and explain complex technical topics clearly, with motivation to share knowledge in classroom or virtual training settings.
- Hands-on interest in machines, production environments, technical processes, and modern learning formats.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and experience or interest in creating e-learnings.
- Strong English and Danish skills; German is an advantage.
- Structured, independent, and precise working style with a positive, confident, and approachable communication style.
