The Job

As our new Project Manager, we offer you a position in a growing international team with room for creativity and mutual exchange of knowledge.

The ideal candidate has a good knowledge of the food industry especially within the baking industry and understands the technology involved.

Since Bühler is an international group, the tasks will require international travelling.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities

• Project management of customer projects within industrial Biscuit and Cracker baking production lines
• Responsible for financial result, delivery on time and quality of own projects from handover from Sales until handover to the customers after installation, commissioning and SAT.
• Ensuring FAT in our workshops prior to shipment
• Support to our Sales department
• Execute close liaison with our service organization

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a person with a strong drive, who can work with people at different levels in the organization from senior management to our sales representatives

Qualifications

• Experience with project execution within automated process industry, preferable in the food- or process industries.
• Structured personality, with a good sense of time-management.
• A good communicator in English (Fluent in writing and verbally) and ideally in German too. Danish would be nice.
• Team player and customer oriented.
• Organize tasks and set priorities to determine resource requirements needed to achieve goals; plan and organize own tasks and/or the team tasks effectively to ensure that work is completed on time and to the required standard within the budget.
• Minimum 3 years as Project Manager or proof of sufficient skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Process Engineering or similar)
• Fluent in English

Desirable:

• Experience from the food industry and machine building companies, with knowledge of technologies and products relevant to the business area
• Experience in customized projects, who can help enhance the quality of our standard documentation and manuals.
• Mechanical and electrical know-how will be an advantage
• Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to new technologies
• Proactive, structured, analytical, independent, and committed
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer focus
• Motivated, eager to learn, reliable, and resilient
