The Job

The Spare and Wear Parts Officer at Bühler is responsible for managing customer enquiries and processing quotations and orders for spare and wear parts throughout the Nordic Region. The role includes coordinating deliveries, ensuring effective communication with customers, and advising them on spare and wear parts needs. This position involves providing technical support, maintaining accurate data in ERP and CRM systems, and proactively using and promoting the MyBühler digital customer portal. The Spare and Wear Parts Officer also generates customer claims, creates reports, and supports both customers and internal teams to ensure a high level of service and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities

  • Handle quotations and orders for spare and wear parts
  • Coordinate parts, deliveries, and processes internally
  • Advise customers about spare and wear parts and be the first level contact for customers
  • Use our digital customer portal MyBühler on a daily basis

We’re looking for a dedicated Services Technical Advisor or Spare and Wear Parts Officer who recognizes themselves in some of the qualifications below, to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications

  • Upper secondary education in a technical or mechanical field or equivalent education through other educational paths and work experience
  • Basic knowledge of SAP or another ERP system
  • Systematic and effective task management skills, detail-oriented working style
  • Service-oriented and customer focused mindset
  • Fluent in one Scandinavian language or English, German is a merit

 

Desirable

  • Experience with working and administrating a digital customer portal
  • Knowledge of Bühler machines and plants for the milling, animal feed, extrusion, and/or confectionary industries
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and schematics
