Summary

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and keeping processes running smoothly? As a Spare Parts Specialist, you will be the key link between our customers and internal teams, including Technical Advisors and Product Master Data Specialists.

In this role, you will coordinate all activities related to spare parts quotation and order processes. Your goal will be to provide customers with accurate, high-quality quotations as quickly as possible, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from request to order.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and review customer  requests: Accept and evaluate customer inquiries for service-related offerings (e.g. spare parts). Ensure requests are complete and determine appropriate next steps.

  • Initiate and prepare quotations in ERP (e.g., SAP): Create and process quotations for various customer requirements within the relevant system, ensuring accurate entry of all relevant information.

  • Communicate effectively with customers: Manage communications with customers regarding their requests and quotations, answering questions, clarifying details, and managing expectations throughout the process.

  • Complete technical and commercial details: gather, verify, and input all necessary technical specifications and commercial terms to ensure comprehensive and precise quotations.

  • Ensure efficient information flow: Collect and provide all necessary information and supporting documentation to streamline processing by internal specialists and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Diploma from upper secondary school in an electrical or mechanical field or equivalent education through other educational paths

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and conscientious way of working, ability to use time and resources efficiently

  • Fluent in the local language and English
