Job Responsibilities

  • Part of a team responsible to process single machines and small project orders in SAP from Order to Delivery for the assigned countries.
  • Single point of contact on Order Commercial and Delivery matters between Project Manager and intercompany Supplier.
  • Day to day process includes but not limited to:
    • Create Sales Order in SAP accurately and timely.
    • Issue purchase order to Suppliers and follow up Order confirmation to ensure project timeline is met.
    • Close monitoring of machine readiness and ensure timely delivery and completeness of invoice.
    • Data maintenance in SAP to ensure up to date information for accurate turnover forecast
    • Prepare Invoices and sending it to Sales / customers.
    • Co-ordinate with Sales manager / Project Manager to collect outstanding payment.
    • Co-ordinate in arranging shipping documents such as Packing list and Bill of Lading (B/L) and co-ordinate with forwarder / Logistic department for shipment.
    • Maintenance of documentation in SAP (softcopies of various documents in relevant folder).
    • Participate in monthly project reviews with Project Manager and Project Controller.
  • Work closely with Sales team and Project Execution team to handle customer’s enquiries and to meet project time schedule. Provide correct and prompt response to internal and external customers enquiries professionally and timely.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree; preferably in Business Management / Supply Chain
  • Minimum 4 years Knowledge in Order Management & Logistic Process
  • Working knowledge of SAP systems is a plus
  • Experience in project support is an advantage
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Able to handle full cycle of order fulfilment and order management
  • Good knowledge of Incoterms
  • Strong in excel and MS office
