Summary

La persona en este puesto gestiona y dirige un equipo de personal de instalación en sitio para proyectos de diversos tamaños, planificando, preparando y ejecutando la instalación eléctrica de hardware y/o software de los proyectos asignados.

Job Responsibilities

Gestiona y lidera un equipo de instalación y/o realiza instalaciones eléctricas de acuerdo con las especificaciones y documentos de ingeniería, con el objetivo de alcanzar y seguir mejorando las metas de costo, cronograma, calidad y OHS/seguridad y salud ocupacional.
Supervisa el avance de la construcción e inicia medidas preventivas; asegura que el departamento de ingeniería esté informado y gestione los problemas técnicos que puedan surgir.
Dirige o asiste a reuniones programadas regularmente con los miembros del equipo y proporciona actualizaciones al personal directivo; entrega retroalimentación al departamento de Ejecución de Proyectos durante las reuniones de cierre o revisión..
En ausencia de un Site Manager/Gerente de Sitio, actúa como punto principal de contacto para clientes y contratistas en sitio, y autoriza o inicia la gestión del avance, la organización del sitio, OHS/seguridad y salud ocupacional, recomendaciones financieras, control de calidad y modificaciones de diseño.
Da seguimiento a los cronogramas del proyecto para garantizar que las tareas se completen a tiempo y en su totalidad; registra cualquier desviación en el alcance del trabajo en el sistema Bühler CAQ.

Qualifications

Licenciatura en: ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, automatización o afín

Mimino 3 años de experiencia en un puesto de ingeniería de instalación

Hardware: AutoCAD, Ebase o Eplan.
Software: Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server 2012, VMware, HyperV.
PLC: Studio 5000, TIA Portal.
