In the Consumer Foods business, we are a leading supplier of machines and systems for the production of cocoa, nuts, chocolate, and coffee. We are looking for a committed and motivated person to join our commercial team in the Chocolate Mass & Coffee division in Uzwil!
Job Responsibilities
- You ensure commercial expertise in the Chocolate & Coffee business area by creating commercial concepts for customer projects and supporting and advising the sales team
- You are responsible for the commercial management of customer projects, including conducting commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers and intervening in the event of contractual disruption
- You develop and negotiate framework agreements, financing concepts, non-disclosure agreements and other contracts in collaboration with Financial and Legal Services
- You will carry out operational risk management (ORM) assessments and reporting with the involvement of the responsible decision-making bodies within the Group
- You are responsible for the continuous development of commercial management in the business area and you actively manage risks and opportunities during project phase
- You will be responsible for the management of accounts receivable, ensuring that payments are received on time
- You are actively involved in Group-wide projects and closely collaborate with project teams from Sales/Quotation to Project Execution to manage commercial and financial topics
- You are willing to travel and open for an international assignment
Qualifications
- Degree (Uni, FH, HF, MBA) in business administration/law or commercial education with appropriate further training (export manager, higher professional examination, etc.)
- Good understanding of international contract law and export financing aspects, including taxes, sanction regulations, compliance, logistics, etc.
- Proven track record in negotiations or projects with international customers
- Several years of professional experience in a similar environment
- Initiative, entrepreneurial and team-oriented personality
- You demonstrate strong leadership, social, diplomacy, and negotiation skills, as well as a high degree of independence, assertiveness, and stress resistance
- Very good communication skills in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Willingness for occasional business trips
