Job Responsibilities

Sie beraten und begleiten Mitarbeitende vertraulich bei psychischen, psychosozialen und persönlichen Herausforderungen
Sie erkennen Unterstützungsbedarfe frühzeitig und koordinieren die professionelle Triage an interne und externe Fachstellen
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Bühler Gesundheitsteam sowie weiteren relevanten Ansprechpartnern zusammen
Sie gestalten die Weiterentwicklung unseres Gesundheitsmanagements aktiv mit und setzen dabei einen besonderen Fokus auf die Förderung der psychischen Gesundheit
Sie stellen eine lückenlose und professionelle Dokumentation unter Einhaltung höchster Datenschutz-, Schweige- und Qualitätsstandards sicher

Qualifications

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Psychologie, Soziale Arbeit bzw. Sozialpädagogik mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der psychosozialen Beratung und Krisenintervention
Gute Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Gesundheits- und Sozialwesens
Ausgeprägte Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz gepaart mit hoher Empathie und Einfühlungsvermögen
Absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit, hohe Sensibilität im Umgang mit vertraulichen Gesundheitsdaten sowie eine selbstständige, präzise und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
