Job Responsibilities

• As a Global Services OPEX Manager you analyse data to extract insights that contribute to the advancement of workshop refurbishments, field service, and service project execution as well as conduct comprehensive analyses of deviations from anticipated performance 
• You establish, document, and implement the functional framework and standards govern-
  ing the service operations within the group, including the end-to-end operational pro-cess, KPI, and global footprint
• You formulate and refine the strategy for service operation value streams spanning from
  quotation to execution as well as define roles and responsibilities within the operational processes to ensure consistent global implementation
• In your role you also act as a "Product Manager" and curate and maintain the product backlog, ensuring meticulous organization and prioritization based on business value and customer requirements
• You also collaborate closely with development teams during Agile ceremonies to ensure a
  clear understanding of the product vision and demands while providing uidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

Qualifications

• Advanced education in technical or business-related field
• Experience in a business development capacity within a global company
• Strong entrepreneurial attitude and approach paired with structure and project management
  skills
• Proficiency in functioning within a matrix organizational structure 
• Strong communication skills in English (other languages would be a plus) and stakeholder management skills as well as strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
