Unser Geschäftsbereich Chocolate & Flavor Creation entwickelt innovative Anlagen und Lösungen für die Verarbeitung von Schokolade, Kaffee, Kakao, Nüssen und weiteren Zutaten. Als Head of Automation Project Execution verantworten Sie die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Automationsprojekte im Anlagenbau, entwickeln unsere globalen Automationskompetenzen weiter und führen das Automation-Team am Standort Uzwil in eine erfolgreiche Zukunft.

Job Responsibilities

Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für die Automation innerhalb der Projektabwicklung und stellen die technische, terminliche, qualitative und wirtschaftliche Umsetzung unserer Kundenprojekte sicher
Sie verantworten Automationsprojekte im Anlagenbau von der Angebotserstellung bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss und koordinieren die dafür erforderlichen internen und externen Ressourcen weltweit
Sie führen und entwickeln das Automation-Team am Standort Uzwil weiter und bauen die globalen Automationskompetenzen gemäss der Project Execution Strategy von Chocolate & Flavor Creation gezielt aus
Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Kostenstelle Automation sowie für die Erstellung sämtlicher Angebote im Bereich Anlagensteuerung
Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb und das Retrofit-Geschäft, vertiefen das Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und fördern eine wirkungsvolle Kundenkommunikation

Qualifications

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung beziehungsweise technische Grundausbildung mit relevanter Weiterbildung auf Stufe Fachhochschule
Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prozessautomation in einem industriellen Umfeld sowie ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung
Weiterbildung in Führung und Betriebswirtschaft von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, hohes Engagement sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und interdisziplinären Anspruchsgruppen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil, sowie Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen von rund 10 %
