Summary

 

As Head of Business Excellence, you will be responsible for shaping and developing the Customer Service strategy, service portfolio, spare parts business, and quality agenda across all segments and regions. As part of the Business Area leadership team, you will work closely with global stakeholders, product management, service operations, and international customers to ensure sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term business success.

Job Responsibilities

  • You drive the development of the Customer Service business across the entire Business Area as a member of the Business Area Management Team
  • You lead the Complaints & Quality and CAQ teams, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality standards
  • You further develop the Customer Service strategy and service product portfolio in close collaboration with SAS, CS Operations, and Product Management
  • You take responsibility for spare parts volume, margin development, and pricing across all segments and regions in alignment with Group guidelines
  • You support strategic sales projects, train Service Engineers on Value Nutrition–specific topics, and represent the Business Area in global Customer Service matters

Qualifications

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent technical qualification, ideally combined with further education in business administration, management, or industrial engineering
  • Several years of proven experience in negotiations with international customers, combined with strong customer orientation and market understanding
  • Solid knowledge of financial management, operations management, process management, and strategy development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with coaching experience, diplomatic sensitivity, and the ability to engage stakeholders up to C-level
  • Fluent English skills, strong MS Office knowledge, basic SAP/ERP experience, and willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
