As part of our continued investment in Cyber Security and Identity & Access Management (IAM), we are building a new IAM Product team and are looking for an experienced IAM Architect to help shape this capability further. In this newly created role, you will have the unique opportunity to define architectural standards, influence strategic direction, and build the foundation for scalable and secure identity services across our global organization.
Job Responsibilities
- You design, govern, and continuously evolve enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security requirements
- You define IAM standards, policies, and architecture principles for authentication, authorization, federation, privileged access management, and identity governance
- You design secure identity and access concepts for employees, partners, service accounts, APIs, and privileged users while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- You act as a trusted advisor for business and technology teams, driving secure-by-design IAM solutions and supporting the integration of new applications, platforms, and services
- You assess identity-related risks, conduct security and architecture reviews, contribute to incident response activities, and collaborate closely with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, Compliance, and external partners
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field, combined with 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management within complex enterprise environments
- Strong expertise across IAM disciplines including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, role design, federation, and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Hands-on experience with leading IAM and Identity Governance platforms such as Sailpoint, Omada, One Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and PAM solutions
- Proven track record integrating enterprise platforms and applications, including SAP and Microsoft ecosystems, into IAM and Identity Governance processes
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and NIS2, combined with fluency in English
